Withdrawal worries..

I made a withdrawal from QT to WP on Dec. 7th. Before the withdrawal I checked my bank info and noticed the bank name had changed but all the other info,routing,account # ,etc.all stayed the same just bank name was diff. so I changed the bank name at QT .It is still not in WP.I contacted WP and gave them MTCN # date and time withdrawal was sent also QT sent it to the former bank name but WP assures me that doesn't matter since they go by routing number.. They are checking. I alo contacted QT and they assure me that it takes up to 5 business days.It normally takes only 2 days for the withdrawal to go into WP.

I hope I made sense.

So now I am worried. Has anyone else had any delays? And I had no idea the bank name had changed.

Sorry hon I can't help since I can't use those withdrawal methods, hopefully someone else will be able to answer your query.

Cas, it won't matter what the bank name is! It can take up to 7-10 business days to hit your WP card. I thought the same thing a month or so ago when I noticed the bank name changed, but I have gotten wires with no problems. Be patient, it will show up when you least expect it to!!

Glad it all worked out for you hon. I have done that same thing QT to WP and sometimes it is within a few days and sometimes it has taken up to a week. One time it did get lost, but they straightened it out iwithin a week.
