- To stand a chance to win the MAIN PRIZE (a trip for two to the Oktoberfest in Munich, Germany) – where 1 player will win a trip for 2 to Munich, Germany to the value of $10,000, players must wager at least 400 casino credits on any of our casino games and enter our promotion.
- The MAIN Prize Draw will take place as follows (the “MAIN Prize Draw):
- For those Players who meet the Minimum MAIN PRIZE Qualification Requirements during the Promotional Period, there will be a MAIN PRIZE Draw on September 1st, 2008 (the “MAIN Prize Draw").
- To enter and qualify for a chance to win the MAIN PRIZE, players must "opt-in" to the promotion and meet the minimum qualification requirements during the specified promotional period. The minimum qualification requirement is to wager 400 casino credits across any of our casino games.
- All competition details will be available online and in our casino software for the duration of the promotional period.
- The final winner will be notified via email and telephonically within 4 (four) working days of the announcements of the winner of the competition. - If the final winner chooses the prize, he/she must be in possession of a valid passport, and must be able to travel within the specified travel dates.

- Lucky Nugget Online Casino will reimburse the winning player for the reasonable economy class flight of the player and 1 (one) partner on the trip, from the winner’s home/city/town to the departing destination. This amount will be reimbursed to the player via casino credits at the discretion of Lucky Nugget Online Casino. Should the amount be insufficient, the outstanding fees will be for the players account. Airfares will only be reimbursed in the event that the player attends the trip. The prize will not include the costs of travel documents (e.g. passports), visas, inoculations, airport, port taxes and travel and health insurance or anything else that is not expressly mentioned by Lucky Nugget Online Casino.
- Lucky Nugget Online Casino shall not be liable for personal injury, property damage, or other loss, accident, delay, inconvenience, or irregularity which may be caused by: (1) any defaults or deliberate of negligent acts or omissions of the Suppliers; (2) any defect in or failure of any vehicle, craft, equipment or instrumentality owned, operated or otherwise used or provided by the Suppliers; (3) any wrongful or negligent acts or omissions on the part of any other party not under our control; and (4) and Acts of God, war, terrorism, or crime.
- Lucky Nugget Online Casino shall not be liable for any delayed departure, missed carrier connections, substitutions of accommodations, or of common carrier equipment, termination of service, denied boarding, changes in fares and rates, or for cancellation or double booking of reservations, tickets, or charters beyond its control and without notice.
- The standard terms and conditions of each of Lucky Nugget Online Casino apply to this promotion and shall prevail in the event of any conflict between these terms and the standard terms and conditions.

- It shall be a condition precedent: To participate in the trip that all participants in such trip, sign a disclaimer, waiver and indemnification document in favor of Lucky Nugget Online Casino with regard to any risk attendant to such trip and any consequences arising there from, including but not limited to personal injury, loss or death.
- The length of the trip is 4 nights, commencing on October 3rd, 2008 and will be completed on October 7th, 2008.
