I hope you aren't cooking all that yourself Carey, you will be exhausted, it all sounds delicious. My family aren't with me this Easter but I thought I might cook myself a roast anyway, may as well spoil myself with something nice.
I have never had lamb before, is it really good? I just found out my son is making a ham, love it!
