Today was D day...

In summary, I WON LOLOLOL

I ended up getting the house (and all but the kitchen table), the truck, and half of his pension. He has 45 days to move out, I asked for 30, he asked for 90 and judge said 45.

Now, just have to wait for the final order to be signed to be actually divorced.

It has been a LONGGGGGGGGGGGGG 16 months, can you believe it has been that long?

I don't live with him Carey. My god, I would have already been commited by now LOL I agreed for him to have temporary use of the home when I left....over the last few months as I have seriously been out looking for a more permanent place for me and the kids, I realized I was a total friggin idiot if I didn't get my house back, so that is what I did.
