After getting home from visiting my father last night, I was shocked to log in and see dozens and dozens of emails from "postmaster" that were "undelieverable" and/or "failure"(s). Obviously I had NOT sent them, so I had to go to windows live for support and I found out this...there IS a worm/virus affecting windows hotmail users.
I just spent the night scanning my computer and I hopefully got the "bugger" but I wanted to warn everyone and also I want to appologize if any of my friends got an email from me asking that they "click" on a link!!The worm/virus sends various messages that entice users to click on a malicious link that leads to a Web site. Clicking on the said link downloads a copy of the worm onto message recipients' computers. Upon download, it then gathers e-mail addresses saved on the recipient's computer and sends itself out to all of those addresses
