Yes I am back and fighting off a nasty cold I think I brought home with me! I have a ton of work to do and no time to be sick

zinc tablets will keep a head cold from moving to your chest... grocery store carries the brand coldeze which are the same things.... hope you're feeling better

Im not sure if your aware of the swine flu epidemic we have had in the UK over the last 6 months, Its faded out alot now but some cases are still being reported, as you have been in the UK recently it might be something you may want to get checked out as it can be fatal to the young and OAPS or people with health problems, if you pass it on,
im not saying you may have it but thought i should just mention it.as ive not heard anything about it being common knowledge in the US

BTW a tot of brandy and a few paracetamol work best for me, not saying how much is a tot though
