Villento is cheating me and keeping my $400

I never ever thought this would happen. I thought Villento was of the highest caliber of online gaming. Obviously not so. Here's the info I just pasted over in Igaming News.... This makes me sick....

Do you read this email from them as I do, that they are not going to pay me my $400! If so and you are in a country that still allows you to play there, I'd think twice before depositing with them. They are cheaters according to this! They made NO effort to pay me! I am pasting the email below, changing only the references to withdrawal options names. Let me know what you think and what I can do about this!!

Due to stringent gaming laws in your country, QT has chosen to detach it’s services across the online gaming industry. Since this was the only remaining withdrawal option for our US based clients, we can no longer, under no circumstances process funds to US clients at our casino via Check, C2P, Wire or E

Now that QT has rendered their services for US players as invalid, we have NO means to process the balance of $400.47 to you.

Please note that Villento Brands no longer as access to a 3<SUP>rd</SUP> party processing company.

From the casino side we have gone above and beyond to resolve this. Please accept our most sincere apologies for the unfortunate circumstances that we find ourselves in.

OHHH That is soooo wrong on many levels!! What bullshit! Did you know they have a new casino thats RTG like vegas slot? I believe it is called Vegas2web. Why if they cant give you your winnings from micro cant they do it through their usa based RTG? I hope this gets fixed for you labell hon cuz this just is not right!

sorry this is most frustrating. if the big boys can do it, then i suspect the little ones will most likely opt into it to as a good excuse not to pay the winners. I don't understand why a courier check could not be issued. hope you get postive resolution

Actually redfawn, that casino Vegas2Web is a Rival casino hon and it is not a part of the Villento Group. It is just a casino they are telling US players to play at instead of Villento (stupid comparison, they don't have a clue!)

I agree it is very frustrating but they can not send out a check cause they have been seized by government officials. Every phase of their banking with american players is under investigation If they started sending out money to usa players they would really be in trouble not to mention might be repercussions to the player who is receiving the check or ach. Once they sit at the bargaining table and make a compromise I am sure the government will allow USA players to be allotted their funds back.

Coffee you're confusing Villento with quicktender. That's apples and oranges. Villento was NOT seized. They are NOT under government control. THEY have my money. (In case you don't understand the money never made it to QT, it is not being held at QT, it is in Villento's greedy hands.) They have simply decided not to pay American players because they can get away with it.

They are a business entity that would have an accounts payable department, and a petty cash account. If they were honest they'd run those withdrawals any way necessary in order to fulfill their obligation. But they are being dishonest to say they have no way to pay. How are they paying their American affiliates? Don't tell me the affiliates and their ad agencies are working for free and advertising for them for no pay. I don't believe that for a minute.

I appreciate that you are posting in a positive manner, but honestly feel differently.

Actually Vilento was affected because of MG. They have no way to pay at the moment from what I see. I am not saying they are QT.
