I've been a depositing player for quite some time, every month, i may not spend alot, but i am a loyal of Villento's.

On my birthday, i got 5000 comp points and was excited thinking i had $50, but then remembered that it was only worth $4.50 and could not even claim the odd 1000 points

I have been loyal player at villento for 3 years.. depositing totally abt 15K and have participated their competitions almost everytime for 2 years.. then every now and then this year too..

You'd think the more you play a site the more freebies you'd get, and you do get quite a few at certain sites, but the free spins awarded are at the sole discretion of the promotions departments. I don't believe there's a set rule they follow, even if they do say they review your play history, or deposit history.

For example, regarding comps and bonuses, GoWild grants me a bonus of some kind of every deposit, no matter the size, though the bonus amount increases with, say, a one-time $100 deposit, as opposed to one or two $25 deposit, when they offer me a 25%-40% bonus, depending on the specials they have going on that day. Bonuses are a little tricker at Grand Mondial and Casino Share, where you must "Opt-In" on your personal promotions page (or thru an email they send you) before you deposit, or you will not get it. And, sometimes their Opt-In doesn't work and you have to contact support for assistance. They give it to you, graciously, but still, it's an extra hurdle you have to jump to get your bonus.

My suggestion, if you are a regular player anywhere, is to write to the casino, ask for consideration, make sure you always provide your casino ID and it never hurts to be nice, so add a compliment about their support staff, or something. But, I wouldn't dump a lot of money into any site just because you want to reach VIP status, or get extra perks, like spins.

And always, always, always remember to tell them you found them thru The Streak, and thank them for supporting Streak contests.

Ok here is what I got!
I spoke in depth to a pit boss at Villento asking why I have never gotten them and have deposited for 2 years on a weekly basis.
First they said it is something decided by the promotions dept and it is random. So I asked if it was so random how come the same ppl are always posting they get them. I was then told (after they checked my account) that my payout percentage has been 99% which is higher than they promise on their site and with that good of gameplay i would not get freebies. The freebies are for ppl who are not getting a good play from their money!
Now mind you I have never done a withdrawel so this logic makes no sense to me but thats the explanation i got!
And was even told for my b-day on 11-20 i won't get anything free just a 50% match bonus!

Pixie I was not directing that at anyone in particular and definately was not asking anyone to state how much they fund because that is not mine nor anyone elses biz. I was just asking (in a retorical/sarcastic way) how much does a person have to spend b4 the free spins come their way! Me and Hubby do fund regularly and sometimes more than we probably should and are listed as VIP status yet getting anything from some of these casinos is like pulling a tooth without a dentist! LOL

Oh and i would never get mad at anyone for honest and straight forward responses! Wish more people in this world could be that way!
