Just thought I would mention this, since I often find myself dwelling on the negative aspects of the gaming world and not putting forth enough praise for the positive ones.
I had never played at the Club World group before, but signed up in October with both Aladdin's Gold Casino and High Noon. At Aladdin's Gold, I made a very small deposit with a 200% welcome bonus (and lost). Then I won $10 there in the Haunted Hotel and had $100 after I had met playthrough. So I cashed it out just to see what kind of withdrawal experience I would have with them. I sent in my faxback documents and they accepted them right away-- within less than an hour-- and processed my withdrawal. Now the T&C's clearly stated that the maximum cashable amount from a free bonus was 5X the bonus amount, so I assumed I would get $40 or $50, depending on whether they took out the actual $10 bonus before or after they reduced my balance to the cashable amount. Instead, I received the full $90 and it was in my QT account the very next day! I know that's a very small amount, but when I receive that kind of service on a free chip cashout, it gives me confidence in the integrity of the casino operators and assures me that they are trustworthy with my deposits and larger withdrawals. I have quickly become a fan of this group and thought it was worth a mention.
