I know this has been done in the past but with so many new members (and long time members) I thought it would be interesting to know how they came up with there username. Mine is just my initials and my birth year.

My sister and I did a family tree about 12 years ago and found out our Great Grandfather helped build the Titanic for free passage in third class. Fortunely my great grandmother gave birth to my grandmother a week before Titanic set sail, and back then you stayed in bed for weeks after giving birth so this missed the ship. They made plans to set sail later that year. Of course we all the story of the Titanic, and my great grandmother refused to get on a ship for 7 years. They finally imagrated to the USA in 1919, where they settled. I went for Titanic41212 but it was taken back when i first signed up for this great forum years ago. So I'm stuck with Titanic71212

Great idea cas! That was interesting Titanic I have always been fascinated by that ship and the old black and white movie was always a favourite of mine long before the newer movie. I actually saw the end of a short documentary the other night about the town where the ship was built.

My original nickname was AJ, which was my initials for my christian and middle name. My computer got hacked so I changed to AJForever and by that time I was a mod on a channel in MirC which is chat channels. Most of them had bots to control the channels, I suppose like the ones you will see listed at the bottom of our forum eg googlebot, anyway I got into a bit of a fight with someone who owned bots and they stole my nickname, so I couldn't decide on anything I liked and my boss suggested sorcer3ss, and that's been my nick ever since.

the first part of my name alea is cause i love the song ah leah just changed spelling of the leah the second part of name storm is cause i love to track storms.so thats how aleastorm came about.thank you for asking.hug's alea
