OK Jackpot Party... I'm being totally honest here.

Very disappointed. Deposited £100, got £100 free = £200 starting balance.

Money went down very fast on £0.75-£1.00 bets. Bonuses rounds ALWAYS revealed COLLECT on first picks, so I won nothing. It happends sometimes, but six times in a row on different games????

Got the bonus on Star Trek, won £10.70 then started to play again and got the bonus again on the next spin. The £10.70 I won on the previous bonus was removed from my account and the second bonus was exactly the same as the first. However, on the second time around I choose a different box on the 'spin till you win' feature and of couse, I knew which one was the best box to pick. So got a little more!

Spoke to support, they said technical team were around to fix bugs. I presented the evidence of the extremely low payout ratio, and nothing said.

So... at this time I do not recommend playing here as It's a bit too suspicious for my liking. I've been playing slots of 7 years online and know when things are a bit iffy!

Sorry to be a sour puss, but have closed my account and won't be returning there :think

Sorry you had such a bad run of luck there. We fully support this casino and I personally would never judge a casino by how my luck was running, lol I can not believe that you would actually open an account, play one day and decide it is a bad casino and close your account. If I did that and closed my accounts when I was not winning, I would have nowhere to play!

Tom I am sorry you had a bad time there but this casino is ran by WMS Gaming which is very stable and trustworthy they have been making games for all the large land based casinos for years. Anyway I am going to point this thread out to a member of the team so maybe they can address your concerns.

It's not because I lost, its the principle that the bonus played again and I could make choices that would pay better (because I knew what the outcome would be).

They have since given me £10.00 free because I pointed out the technical issue yesterday.

Sorry you didnt have any luck Tom. Seems they hit the same way as the WMS slots at the landbased!! LOL I never have luck and yet some people hit jackpots! Its all a matter of random luck I think, and that pretty much goes for any casino you play at.
