In a highly anticipated statement from the Federal Government, U.S. Attorney Rod Rosenstein spoke on Baltimore’s AM radio show and made it perfectly clear that US gamblers will not be subject to any criminal prosecution for gambling online.
Gamblers across the country can breathe a sign of relief with this announcement and any fears they may have had about gambling online are unfounded as far as the Federal Government goes.

These indictments that online gamblers have been reading about lately are targeted at the businesses that are in violation of us laws for transferring money in the banking system, not the players.
