Transcaction history

Hi all, How do I get a transcaction history file from an online casino. Do I have to requst it?

Hey Funke,

Both Microgaming and RTG casinos have an option in their cashier section (or banking) that allows you to view all your transactions. So, you don't have to ask support.

on our Microgaming software (they've moved us US players) you find the history under "my account"....

Can't you just use your bankstatements ?

That would not work depending on the way you deposit (credit cards, bank card, prepaid debit card, etc) Plus most casinos are not listed as their name.

So what kind of a reference would you get from an online transaction from a casino? I'm interested to know thsse things before I go ahead and use my debit card for any such transaction.
