The Time
Approximately two weeks ago, on a Friday evening going into the weekend.

The Place
iNetBet casino, or more specifically, my casino 'Inbox' messages.

The Setting
Early evening in my recliner in the family great room with laptop on my lap.

The Plot
Like every Friday evening, I was winding down to relax and play online for a bit. I was going through my regular emails when I happned upon an email from iNetBet telling me about some new deals for 'Premium Players'. I thought to myself, interesting. I logged into the casino, saw a new message in my casino mail and decided to investigate further.

I had an email in my casino mesages telling me about all the great deals for Premium Players. Since I got this email in my casino messages, I assumed I had been upgraded. I also saw a neat message about how Premium Players who went thru all three Tasty Trio coupons could make it a Tasty Quadruple for 150% deposit match. Excited, I actually used the 4th coupon with no issues thinking to myself what a great deal.

Fast forward one week...

It's Friday evening again, I get another email in my casino messages about Premium Players and special deals, including the Tasty Quadruple. So, like the previous week, I went thru the first three coupons, but when I tried the 4th for Premium Players, all of a sudden it said it was expired. I thought, that's odd, and tried it again. This time it told me to contact customer service for more informaiton. Mmm...interesting, so I did. And, as usual, it took overnight before I heard anything back. The response, 'You are NOT a premium player.' Of course, I wrote back, 'If I'm not, how was I ever able to use a 'like' coupon the week before as a Premium Player but now (only 1 week later), I am no longer a Premium Player YET I still got this special email in my casino messages...come on. I also copied the Manager on this response.

Fast forward a few hours...

A manager from iNetBet did reply a bit quicker, but not with what I expected, saying he would look into the matter.

Fast forward about 12 hours...the plot thickens.

At this point, I just used a regular coupon. But, I did eventually get a response back from the manager looking into the issue (of course, after the Tasty Quadruple coupon now officially expired for this week). Apparantly I am NOT a premium player (so why was I one last week and now am not), the records/history in my account don't show I was ever upgraded (which is a lie because why am I getting the Premium messages and was able to use the coupon only for Premiums the first time out) and, GET THIS, asked me if I would like to be upgraded.

What a joke. Unfortunately, this is not a funny case. It doesn't really matter to me at this point, but this whole deal doesn't surprise me. iNetBet used to be so on top of things, but this past year it's like anything else with gambling, you never know what is going to happen with them. Of course they do pay out, are reputable, but sometimes they've got a screw loose somewhere when it comes to these promos and customer service.

Any one else run into this kind of issue lately with Premium Player news? I'm just curious. huhhwtff

sorry to hear this is happened krazy2go, its hard when costumer support doesnt
measure up. did they end up upgrading your account to 'Premium Players'?

I would not be very happy if I were you either.... I will send this to my contact & I hope he can do something about what has transpired..

Thanks, Vix. That's fine but I don't want to cause any waves. However, if this happened to me, I wouldn't be surprised if this confusion is happening to other players too.
