Those that said Royal Joker locked their Account..........

I need your IDs to send in to the contact so they can check into this. I was told Royal Joker does not close accounts, however Microgaming (the software provider) does.

Thats odd.. because I reinstalled Royal Joker to my PC... it WAS on my laptop. Granted it has been a long time since I have depositted there but when I tried to log in from my PC it wouldn't let me!!! (I was not one of those who contacted you)... SO, I dropped an email to support, figuring I had my PW or acct number wrong. While I was waiting for a reply from support I did managed to log on from my laptop where I have the "save password" box checked (so that means it is my PW). Needless to say, there was NO christmas freebie waitng for me... but then I recieved this in an email from them!

Unfortunately due to a policy decision by our software providers we are further unable to accept pre-existing Customers with inactive accounts.

What??!!! Sorry Royal Joker but I DO NOT "understand" (let alone understand kindly)!! I know it has been a long while since I depositted but Why would you NOT want me back??
Vixen where I could log in on my laptop I don't consider mine a "locked account" ..but I did want to share the email comment they sent to me! I have never wronged them in any way other than NOT having the extra funds to deposit with them.

This was nothing personal hon, first know that. Then understand that it is Microgaming themselves with all these rules. It is not the casino locking the accounts I have been reassured, but Microgaming.
