Ohhhhh almost forgot to tell ya ... Dennis & I went to see Dickie Betz!!!! What an outstanding concert that was! We had a blast & the drum solos; as you can imagine; were outrageous!

The Old 97's are one of the best live bands I've seen, and I've seen A LOT!
Rhett on his own is fantastic, he does some of the bands songs, but mostly his solo stuff.

And...

He's a super humble guy and a super babe!!!!!

I usually take my online friends with me in spirit when I go to gigs!! We'll be dancin' tonight with Cubensis!!

A little story. A handful of yrs. ago I went to see Neil Finn (crowded house) ya know- (hey now, hey now don't dream it's over, hey now hey now....) Anyway Eddie Vedder from Pearljam was there. After the gig Neil did a meet and greet. Well, OYSTER was a huge Vedder fan. We were in a beef at the time. But-- I got his autograph for her. When she saw it online she FELL OUT! He's another humble,smart man! California surfer boy, had his board under his arm!!!
