- The lucky number will be drawn daily by a random number generator and will be valid for 24 hours.
- Only stakes from lost bet IDs from the day before that match with the current lucky number and that have been sent to [email protected] will be refunded.
- There will only be a refund for bet IDs that turned into losing bet slips on the previous day.
- System bets and multiple bets do not count for this promotion.
- For the settlement time of combination bets, the last settled event on the bet slip will count, regardless whether the bet slip was already lost at that time or not.
- The maximum refund per customer is set at €500 per day.
