Since my gambling dollars are a lot more limited these days, customer support has become an integral part of which casino I choose to play at. I'd like to share my opinion of three casinos I've chosen to play at and why I think their support to be among some of the best for RTG casinos:
Jackpot Capital:
This casino sent me a CD about a year ago and I played on the free chip and cashed out with little or no problem. I'm a bonus player (I need to stretch my gambling dollars) and once I use the bonuses advertised, I email support to see what they can do for me. Well, this last time, the support person took the time (without me asking) and went back through the history of my account and found a coupon they offered months ago that I hadn't even known about for a 100% match, which I was able to use. And, another time, when they responded by using "cutting and pasting" of text from two different "scripts" when responding to certain requests from customers, I emailed them back and said I was amused by the inconsistency in the response, but at the same time was a bit afraid that if they did this with other customers they might lose players because it would look like they really weren't reading the emails. Support wrote back promptly apologizing to me and even gave me a free n/d $20 chip to make up for it. So this casino right now is my new #1.

Casino Extreme:
They are very responsive and have never let me down when I request my cashback bonuses or withdrawals. Each are usually done within minutes. And, one time when I asked about special holiday free chips from support. They wrote back and said they couldn't do anything, but sent my request to the "pitboss" who responded with a free $20 chip. So, this casino is 2nd on my list.

ClubWorld (instant support only): I don't usually get a consistent level of good support via email with this casino (along with their sister casino Casino Gold) because it seems sometimes one support group doesn't know what the other is doing. And, you have to make sure that you remind them which casino you are talking about in emails (even if you go through the casino's email form directly from their site). So, this gets frustrating sometimes. But, instant support is fantastic! There's a couple of operators (not sure if these are their "real" name (won't say why, but I'm guessing they are not), but Karolina, Ola, Natasha (these are the ones I remember off hand) will always go the extra mile for free chips, special "you only" deposit bonuses and resolutions for withdrawals. So, this casino keeps me coming back despite some recent withdrawal delays frustrations because of this support and rank third on my list.
That's my story and I'm sticking to it. Any thoughts?
