Usually if you get locked out of one Rival for some reasons, you will automatically get locked out of all of them. Then you have to check with support from all of them I believe to try and get unblocked hon.

Judy is correct. I'm locked out of quite a few myself. I wrote those that I wanted to play at and asked them to do a manual review of my account. All that I contacted opened my account again - some continue to block bonuses of any type, some give me bonuses on a regular basis.
