I've just tried to reach Villento - they still have $400 of my money that has never been paid to me. I know there are others here that have unpaid withdrawals also. They have blocked their website from me. I can submit a query, but no live chat, no direct email, no phone numbers. PLEASE can you help me contact them...... I find that very scary. Thanks, labell

I have heard a brief message back from the online inquiry form I filled out... They've asked for time to "investigate the matter"... So hopefully we'll find out what they intend to do.

Thank you iustin for tying to help... I do feel better that I have received communication from them.

I did locate the original email from them, it was April 26! That's four weeks ago.... here's what it said:


Your recent withdrawal of $400.47 on 26 April 2011 has been reversed to your Casino account as our Ecash processing company are unable to process payments via any method to the U.S.A at present

Kindly note that the lack of processing has not been enforced by casino management, but has come directly from the 3<SUP>rd</SUP> party processors. This means that we are forced to abide by their decision until the availability to process payments is running once again

We appreciate your understanding in this matter and assure you that the funds will remain in your Casino account, which only you will have access to. You will be notified as soon as we are able to process payments.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-comhttp://www.streakgaming.com/forum/ /><o:p></o:p>[/font][/COLOR]

Please do not panic, labell. They do not allow any US players right now, if you even click on a banner you will not be taken to the website. As far as your money goes there is obviously nothing they can do at the moment. Hopefully they will find a way to get everyones money to them. Vixen is in Ireland this week and if you have not heard anything by then, perhaps she can find out more.
