Microgaming Casino, I won't mention the name.
I cashed out May 28th. 18 days. 11 Business Days.

I would love to get the money but somehow the 2x
I called, they keep saying the backlog is causing delays.
I am sorry but in this day and age, a wire transfer is like
pushing a button, not much to do.
Considered by their own label, a VIP Player,
this is POOR treatment.
EVEN if it were so busy, how many people won that
they have such a huge backlog?
How long do they expect people to wait??
Very difficult to instantly add money to play and yet
when you want withdraw it's like pulling teeth.
Perhaps US Regulations would be better than this
treatment.
Yes, I know because of the conversion, they are busy.
Perhaps they should have mentioned it would take

15 business days or more to get your withdrawal.
This is what we were told on Saturday.
BUT I do feel by now, I should have had my money.
I am getting frustrated and not feeling like gambling
anymore...especially at their casino.

what casino is this need to know because i play at alot of them and i am always scared when i win and will i get payed.it happened to me at golden lounge!please send me a private message if you can please telling me what casino it is.please:gdpst

Although i saw minimal complains about payout issue on MC, i think you were really disregarded (based on that very clear explanation) you provided. Have you tried their support system for this matter? I believe it will give you a quicker response if at least you hear a live voice from their support system.

A cash out should, take no longer than a deposit.............And they will take your deposits all day, but when your cashing out, they will find an excuse to delay..............hard lesson learned........:chaingun123

CASHOUT ARRIVED!

I do have an update...I did finally get my money. After I ranted a bit (with class) to them in email.
But they have changed their tune so many times as to their withdrawal policies,
I had no choice but to uninstall them.
The terms are ridiculous in my opinion and I don't want to play there anymore.
I so Miss Intertops...had a great relationship with them and got my money ALWAYS within 2-3 days no matter how much it was.

OK well I will be in touch, just wanted to let you know. Thanks for the support.streakrockssss

If you want more info as to who this just let me know.
Their policies have changed.
Withdrawals over 300 can be wired
and can take up to 15 BUSINESS DAYS.
Under 300 must have new method (for us anyway) USEMYWALLET.

i am going thru the same thing since the 26th of may i have been waiting for my withdrawal of 1400.00 and still have not gotten it. everytime i email them i get a general automated response that answers no questions i have. i have called and been nice and patient through their transition and i have called and screamed and demanded a supervisor and there is never one available. i am about ready to sail the 7 seas to wherever they are located because i am so aggravated with it!!! please give me some insight on how to resolve this. thank you

I feel your pain also. It's a long long time to wait for your
money. We called them 2x - the second time we called,
our money was in our bank the next day. Coincidence?
I don't know. Good luck to you getting a straight answer
out of them, they have a problem answering questions.
