Link challenged here... and I tried.. This is John Doe solo. My daughter and I just saw him and his punk band X last thursday, I'll post pic's soon!! I'm so blessed and lucky to know this man- when I say "hi John and he say's hey Liz, good to see you!" From his cd- FOREVER HASN'T HAPPENED YET

One more- This is makes me cry everytime. It's a poem really, set to music about the way we treat each other.... It's called SEE HOW WE ARE and X still plays this as does John solo, one of my all time fav's!!

Just got home from a show, had a blast. The boys were in good fourm tonight and saw lots of old friends.. And they made me get stoned (( ah the peer preasure))

One more about X.. They were the crictic's darlings, cause they wrote about the L.A. experience from the start, went way beyond that. Billy Zoom (genious guitar) with his rockabilly guitar licks just the whole band!!! He left the band for a while. He said one more and if it doesn't sell, I'm out. He told me it was one to many and he had turned down a chance to play on a Dylan record.

I'll ramble my way out now :-o
