Some Info & A Question

Hi,

I was told today that Jackpot Capital will no longer supply tracking numbers for checks. They said if you do not receive the fed-ex in the time allotted, to contact them and they will track it. (Kind of a bummer, because I like checking on it!!)

Also:

Have members been getting ACH withdrawals ok now??? I would like to go back to that option if they are working smoothly.

I was told that last month about the checks it was not an issue for me I got the check in 2 days so it was cool. I have gone back to ACH I will let you know how it goes

I got an ACH from JC last week. It was sent on Monday or Tuesday and I got it Wednesday. I was shocked. The reason I say Mon or Tues is I cashed out over the weekend and they approved it and said it couldn't be sent until Monday. But then I got an email from them on Tuesday saying they just sent it. But either way you can't beat that.



Just adding that I am Diamond VIP if that makes any difference.

Hi all,

I got my check today from JPC! It came UPS! That is pretty fast considering the holiday on Monday. And the weekend too! I honestly wasn't expecting it until Friday!

Still no news on how ACHs' are working from CWC group?

I would love to know the answer to that. I always use Netspend or Express.Being able to do an ACH to Netspend would be great!
