Hi friends, I got a free 50 from slotastic and managed to cash out 250 minus the
30 for a check. got it fast but no one will cash it. Went to my Bofa and nope.
Keeps saying not valad. Called and they said to send it back via UPS. Walked there
and was told it will cost 85 bucks to send it! I know slotastic will pay me but i dont have
85 to send it arrrrg!! She said once they had it they would do a wire or western union.

If i send it by mail it is 5 bucks..big difference. I'm contacting them Monday to
see if i can send that way and have someone sign for it. This is insane! Not happy.

If not i will have to wait till the 1st to send it UPS. Hope they will pay that back.
Mail has no tracking number but UPS does..I think thats why. Anyone else ever have this happen?

Are you taking it to a cash checking place because that is the reason I bet! I would tell them to void it & you will tear it up! Also ask them about the atm card they have in house that you can use to withdraw winnings at a atm.
Tell them you want to talk to the VIP supervisor asap about this. If this does not work send my your user id I will help you. But yes since the check comes from a Canadian bank you can do deposits only, no check cashing places period I believe they even mention that when they send it out.

Its best to have a bank account that deals with non usa stuff as well such as Citi Bank or Wells Fargo

You mention BOA red, do you deposit into the casino with your debit card from there? If so, see if they have the means to pay to your card. :think

Hi friends, Vix hun I took it to Wellsfargo first then Bank of America. Even spoke with BOFA
on the phone before i went and the man said i should be able to deposit via ATM and if i
go inside it is always up to the teller. Weird lol. None of these worked. They say somethings
not showing up on the check and it isn't any good. I emailed slotastic support yesterday
(Sunday) and let them know that I couldn't afford to send it back and could they please
cancel it and send me my winnings via Western Union. Or could they put it on my
Netspend card. Thank you so much for your offer to help me. I will let you know when
I hear back and what they say.

This has happened to me with Intertops casino. Well, the check not being any good that is. It is the processors the casinos have and not the casino itself. I know Intertops made good on it, but don't know about Slotastic as I have never played there. Good luck and hope you get your money without anymore hassle.

I had a check from JPC deposited last Friday, the bank just called me and said the check was missing the routing # I think this has to be the issue! I agreed to pay the 5 free to do a routing # track to get the check cashed. I have a contact with the casinos there directly and just mailed him to explain.

Just wanted to let all know that I cashed the check! My bank said it was because the
ATM does not recognize the number at the bottom. So all is fixed :)

I would definitely suggest not trying to cash those checks unless you have a real live person :ohboy

Glad you got it sorted redfawn, I am sure glad I don't have to deal with checks, it sounds like sound much hassle
