No screenshots, just wanted to let you know how awesome Slotastic Casinos support is! They sent me an email saying they missed me and gave me a 100% coupon. So I decided to try it. I deposited $30 last night and had $60 to play with. I had a lot of playthrough to make, but I did it and ended up with $400 to cashout.
I had never made a withdrawal there and so when I went to the cashier and clicked withdrawal it said I had to do the paperwork first. Did the faxback stuff and sent them all my card and ID info. They were fast and contacted me right away. The problem is that my info didn't match what they had on file since I moved since I signed up!
I sent in more papers on my old address and explained I moved. I was finally approved and it only took a few hours even with all the paperwork I had to send them! They were so polite also. I was very impressed
