Reorganisation
As a result of an internal reorganisation of our group companies we are transferring some of our business to another company within our group, Moneybookers USA, Inc./Skrill USA, Inc. As part of this business transfer within the next few weeks we will transfer your Skrill (Moneybookers) Account to Moneybookers USA, Inc./Skrill USA, Inc. We will try to do this with minimal impact upon your user experience. However, you may experience some differences, for example, following the transfer your payments history will be reported using US Eastern Standard Time rather than Central European Time.
Moneybookers USA, Inc./Skrill USA, Inc. will provide services to you on our behalf in accordance with your existing Terms of Use.
Transfer of rights and obligations
In addition to this, from 5 July 2012 (the “Transfer Date”):
We will transfer all of our rights and obligations under your existing Terms of Use to Moneybookers USA, Inc./Skrill USA, Inc. who will provide services to you and be bound by the Terms of Use as if it were the original party in place of us. Again, we will try to do this with minimal impact upon your user experience.
You will still be bound by the Terms of Use in the same way as if Moneybookers USA, Inc./Skrill USA, Inc. were the original party to the contract in place of us. You will not be required to take any further action.
Each of you and Moneybookers USA, Inc./Skrill USA, Inc. will have the right to enforce the Terms of Use and pursue any claims and demands under it against the other with respect to matters arising before the Transfer Date, as if Moneybookers USA, Inc./Skrill USA, Inc. were the original party to the contract instead of us.
