OK so I deposited 20 Bucks, early in the morning, like usual I blew threw it like a .25 cent Condom! So I procceeded to the chat agent to have him hook me up with the usual match bonus and he says that there is a Ban on all bonuses for the moment! UH?????Wha Huh>? OK, im cool with that, He then said that if i had a medal he could cash that in, Of course I didnt! Anyways Later that night Night strolled to the chat agent and sure as heck the same agent was starting his shift, I again asked and he credited me my $20 bucks Right... well I got it up too 250 Bones, and was playing some Super Keno and Watta know, I hit 8 of 9 with the 4xbonus ball on a $5 bet!!! $19,000 Dollar Hit!....so im stoked, Its in my pending withdrawl for usemywallet, However the agent didnt know up from down, was trying to say that I had a Medal Automatically credited and awarded to my Account, therefore setting a Max cashout of $250, it Took a phone call and several laps around my house trying to be patient with him, and Finaly Beat it into his rambling Sure of himself head that the only credit on my account was the $20 Match Bonus that he had just gave me.... which is Practically my money, therefore, NO MAX CASHOUT,... wow...he than graded me and said... uh oh, Whos"Carmen B#$%S"? I said thats my wife, well you cant have 2 accounts in one household he said.... I said its not, your software Killed my harddrive and froze my system for a week, But you have the same passwords he interrupted! I said , Yah cause I had to go downstairs and use the office Desktop, login from my wifes account and get the money I had deposited on mine, therefore changing her PW to mine! he says But its the Same IP and PC....... Its not so, im on a shared network with my renters, we all tie into the same modem, and all have the same IP! None the lest, my wife is Disabiled and I access her stuff all the time, shes never deposited in the casino or taken a bonus! They Better not Deny my big win over there own Software destroying my harddrive! So what the PW is the Same, we even have seperate Credit Cards... 20 large sure would help my Widowed and stage 4 lung Cancer stricken mom...... Big bucks,...No Wammies, No Wammies!!!!....
