just a heads up but i found out who qualifies and who does not "supposidly" i kept reading here every week a lot of people were getting free spins. so i asked live support and was told it was at the discretion of promotions. ok cool so i made about $60 in deposits that week and no free spins the next week. ok so live support this time told me the $100 of deposits within a week story. ok i say lets try it out. i deposited over $600 within the next 5 weeks and never recieved free spins once. so i contacted live support one more time to be told.sorry about the mosunderstanding but it is a special promotion to players that signed up sometime after a date in 2009. so i guess you know i don't deposit there anymore. just putting in my experience with them.

Well, as one of those that have never received the free spins, I can sympathize with you. However, I never play anywhere based on if they give me free spins or not. I play depending on how fast they pay, how honest they are, how good their support is...if they happen to give me a free chip once in a while, awesome. I hardly ever get free chips to any casino, so I would not be playing much if I did it that way, lol.

I just had to comment on all of this..I have been a loyal player at the villento group since they opened. And even though I never received the "free spins" I did keep playing there. There was many times I did go into live support and ask them "why don't I ever get the spins"? I think I even closed my accounts a few times LoL..(I was just sooooo mad)..only to regret and re-open them. Then one day, I went into support, again to complain about never getting the spins and I asked if they could forward my account to promotions so they could review it and maybe get me on that list. And..within two weeks, I GOT THEM!...and continue to do so..
but only on Rich Reels, not on Villento. But hey, I am happy with that.
Also I don't think I have ever deposited $100.00. I deposit more in the $40.00 range. So as far as requiring deposits of upwards of $100.00 or more, I don't think that has anything to do with it. So..if you are someone that is a regular player but do not seem to ever get the "spins" maybe you should try what I did..you never know. I'm sure that many worthy accounts are simply overlooked. I don't know why support keeps giving different excuses for not receiving them. I also received many different reasons when I was asking. That is what made me so mad. I felt like I was just getting the run around. Anyway, hopefully my experience can help those of you out there that seem to be omitted from their list. Also, keep in mind you get alot more flies with sugar, than with vinegar..<smile>...For the most part I think that this group is excellent, and they truly do want to keep their players happy.

Thank you, StinkyWinky, I'm glad to see someone come to Villento/Rich Reels defense because VILLENTO is currently the only casino I deposit at and sometimes Rich Reels when they offer me 100% deposit match on occasion.

I have found Villento to be the most generous and my story is similar to yours. I used to never get the free spins until I complained to live chat (in a nice way). Ever since then, I've gotten them just about every week for the past few months from Villento and a couple of times I even got them from Rich Reels too, and that was SAW-WEEEET! I've also asked them to "top-up" my loyalty points when I was "jonesing" and couldn't deposit, and more times than not they did that for me.

Plus, I've even gone so far as to ask live chat for a few loyalty chips after a couple weeks or a month when I deposited more than usual--maybe deposited $300-$400 or possibly more--and a couple times they kicked down $5 in free chips. They are the most responsive and generous of all the casinos I've gambled at--and I've played at most of them for the past 11-12 years so I've "done the research."

They don't always say yes, but it might be worth a shot to ask for some extra loyalty chips/spins/points if you're a depositing player. It doesn't hurt to ask, so give it a try. Those weekly 40 spins are sure nice to get and you'd be surprised how long you can play on them sometimes.

I haven't cashed out anything for a while because I have this strange way of putting it all back in and playing it 'til it's gone, but I have cashed out a few times from Villento in the past couple years....I'm hoping that I'll be due again for a win real soon (fingers crossed). doesn't that just get you when you could've been smart, taken 1000 or so, but nooooo.....for some reason we just cannot find that withdraw button..eheh. Ive done it with as much as $17,000. (ugh ..did i just admit that???) ..this was a long while back tho.. (when the machines used to hit) ..LoL.I havent seen anything close to that lately..

yes, I feel your pain...and putting back in $17,000 must have really hurt. I just had to pay $9,000 debt to my old biz partner/best friend who was kind enough (or foolish enough?) to let me use his credit card several years ago when I was gambling out of control and not keeping track of any deposits using his card (I didn't know he had a $10,000 limit!!). After several years of him being totally cool and patiently waiting for me to pay him back, I finally paid him in full with a small inheritance I got from my grandma who sadly died a few years ago (but she lived a great life to the age of 89...the greatest woman I've ever known and of course she is missed by us all). When I finally got the inheritance, I immediately paid my friend the $9000 which was about half of what I received...the rest paid off old credit card debts and bills of my own and I bought a big flat screen tv...then poof! It was gone. But it feels good to have paid off those debts...it just hurt to see that $9000 slip right through my fingers because of gambling. Now I just do pre-paid credit cards so there's no chance of ever doing that again. And the thing about putting it all back in when you do win some money, it's because it's so fun to play and we don't want the fun to end. Then, before we know it, the money's all gone and that is no fun at all! But that's the game of it all and that's why the casinos are making bank...off of people like us! all i use now is prepaid credit cards as well. It helps to keep it somewhat under control. it sounds like your grandmother was a very neat lady..
