Rich Reels...be careful

I made a withdrawal of $400 2 months ago...at 1st i waited 15 days for them to send me my money but come to find out they can't deposit anything on my prepaid cc...no big deal...trial and error...however I gave them a bank account in which to deposit the money with all forms id's account #'s and routing #'s..waited the period 15 days today was actually 16...no money so I called rich reels and was just on the phone no exageration...2.5 hours trying to straighten this mess...1st they tried to put it back on my cc which they knew they couldn't after I gave them the bank account info...then they said they never recieved any bank account info from me however they sent me a confirmation email saying they recieved it...then after talking to about 3 different people...I find out they misspelled my name took the information down wrong...the numbers to the bank account were not correct even though a voided check was sent to them...id's...routing numbers..ect. Now I have to wait ANOTHER 10 to 15 business days...this will make up to 3 months and not even an email apologizing or nothing...if you have had luck with this casino great...but I will start warning people as it seems the people at rich reels are not doing there job correctly...now watch my money end up in someone else's bank account...I will not be depositing there ever again oh yea the funniest thing about the whole matter is they sent me an email while I was on the phone with saying they could not deposit on my prepaid cc as the bank would not allow it even tho we astablished this over a month ago ..thats the reason I gave them bank account info.....what's up with that

This does not sound anything like the long time first class casino and sponsor to the forum here. In fact I have to say in over a yr this is the first complaint I have ever heard of. I can tell you that your money will get to you there is no doubt about that. Often times I hear stories like this and it ends up being miscommunication on both sides. Did you download from our banner? I would be happy to look into this.

to be quite honest i don't remeber if i downloaded from this site...I know that they sent me a confirmation email saying they recieved my second banking details and I also called to confirm..then today on the phone when I asked them to spell everything for me they had the name wrong and the #'s to the account were transposed on top of everything I had to send the details a second time because the first time was to dark...i don't know maybe someone was sick that day...I think i will stick with grand modial...casino share...and royal joker...I get all my withdrawals in a timely manner and really enjoy their customer support as they don't argue with you..maybe it was a fluke but I can't see some of these cirrcumstances..I love these 3 and will probally just stick with them thank you very much tho I appreciate it

Wow, I am suprised to say the least .
I made a cashout with them that took no more than a week . It was quick and painless .

I am sorry to hear about your expierence. I just made a withdrawl from them on Friday and it was in my QT today. I did not have to send any forms in or anything and I made the deposit with a different option other than my QT..so that being said I have had a great experience with them and no complaints. I would also like to add that for me I do really well at this casino compared to alot of other ones. I say give them another try.

I have made withdrawls from RR also, and it was always very fast. I personaly love this casino.

I have had no problem with withdrawals from either Rich Reels or Villento.
I would encourage you to give them another try

I hope so too thanks for your support. I was on the phone with them today and it was just another run around I really don't understand whats going on...I have alot of luck with casino share and royal joker..as far as RTG goes I'm hooked on cherry red....oh well fingers crossed everyone

It's too bad you don't know if you downloaded from our banner.. if you did Vixen could get this straightened out in no time
