I couldn't find the other thread involving this, however, i'm still waiting on withdrawal from Allstar slots. It had now been one full calender month and i still haven't received it. 1st i withdrew from the freechip they sent me on Xmas, it was placed back in my account after 3 days and was told i needed to call them and confirm details of my account. I did that, and then waited for the withdrawal to be approved again for like over a week and it finally was approved for $237 AFTER removal of bonus and bankwire fee. I"M NOW STILL WAITING FOR IT TO SHOW UP! the ACH was approved on 1/9/12 and i still haven't recieved it. I contacted support last monday or tuesday to inquire, they said it takes up to 7 business days and then she said i see you have waited longer than that, i'll have the cashier department to contact you. The cashier finally contacted me on friday the 20th and this was my message:

I have just checked status of your ACH withdrawal and I can confirm it has not been returned back to us.

It seems that the funds are still in transit.

If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to contact me,

And now here it is 3 "Business" days later, not counting the weekend, and i still haven't received it. I'm beginning to lose faith with this group as well. I know its not a lot of money, however, i have been planning some of my spending around it(who would have ever thought it would take this long!!) And now that i haven't received it AFTER A MONTH! i'm kinda getting a bit pissed off.

If anyone could check with them and see what's really going on, i'd much appreciate it. (eishagirl is the username)

Re: Wow, Still Waiting On Withdrawal

I am pretty sure if it is "still in transit" that it is hung up somewhere in the cyber banking world. I am not sure if our contact is even around until next week as most went to the Conference in London this week. :think

Re: Wow, Still Waiting On Withdrawal

It seems they are having some problems with wire transfers as I received an email this morning regarding a withdrawal from my affiliate account. They are now asking for withdrawals using check or Western Union for the time being until they get the issue fixed. Maybe this has something to do with it?

well, usually i use the check method and never had any probs with CWC when using a check, however, noticed the low minimum on the wire and thought i would give it a try, wouldn't have to beg them to send a check under the minimum $350. at this point, i'd be happy to have it re processed and sent via check. geeze.

and still waiting.....

Really not acceptable at this point. Sorry but that would piss me off too! It has been approved and sent for almost a month now. I would give them a call.

Re: Wow, Still Waiting On Withdrawal

Thanks ladies, i will honestly say i haven't played in quite a while with Allstar Slots, however, i play pretty much weekly at Club World, so i thought that should count for something. Also, it was they they offered the free chip in which i won on, but again, they approved the withdrawal as well and everyone i ever spoke with never once mentioned i wouldn't be getting the withdrawal or anything. I even told live support TWICE that i would be happy to have them send me a check at this point. This kind of makes me not even want to play at Club World anymore really. I mean i always got paid from them in a timely manor, however, i haven't won for a while from them either. Its pretty disheartening to have waited this long, thats all i'm saying.

well, i appreciate you asking and looking into it, i know now, probably won't EVER use the bankwire with them anymore. At this point on the bright side, it will be like a surprise bonus when i receive it! lol, anyways, thanks again!

Re: Wow, Still Waiting On Withdrawal

Ok, finally i was told the funds were returned back to them from the bank. Said the account numbers were wrong. At 1st, i was thinking there was no way that could be because that's the information i have used for Bankwires in the past. Then I remembered: IT WASN"T A BANKWIRE, I REQUESTED ACH!! (And that does have a different routing number) Geeze, so its my fault really, and they agreed to just send me a check. I received a free chip from club world the other day, didn't get a chance to play it until last night and cashed $250 max off it as well. I asked them to please just issue a check and support told me that there is another option. That the credit card that is linked to my account, it could be sent back onto that? I'm looking into this atm, didn't know they could still do that, so i'll see what happens.

So, the 1st withdrawal from Allstar slots is on the way via check, and will soon see which option will work for the Club World withdrawal.
