Has anyone else had issues in the US with payouts from free chips?? I got a 25.00 bonus for Halloween, made playthru, and tried to cash out. However, they have done away with there visa shopping card and the only 2 options for US payouts are now check and bank wire..Both having a min withdraw amount of 150.00. My max cashout for the bonus is 125.00. Spoke with 2 reps who basically told me sorry, I have no options and cannot withdraw. This is like saying,"here is a bonus! If you are lucky enough to make playthru, too bad you can't have it!"
Has anyone else had this problem and if yes, did they help you?
I am so upset with intertops right now.

I do remember Intertops saying they were going to redo the card they had. Unfortunately I am not aware of any way for you to withdraw it. Maybe someone else has a suggestion.


You must remember, this is not their fault, it is the US govts fault.

I haven't had to worry about the $25 free chip I got, but only thing I can think of is deposit $25 to make the $150 minimum to cashout. (But make sure to ask support if you can do this first)

Although, I know they charge $50 for checks and first wire of the month is free!

Yeah it is very unfortunate but the casinos are having a hell of a time getting money to the USA players. I see the only solution at this point would be to deposit the $25 like queenmap suggested and then withdraw the 150. It sucks and we all hope things will be changing very soon!! ​

Thanks everyone. I ended up calling them, and I can make a deposit of 25.00 and withdraw, but if I dont wager any of that 25.00, they will take 10%. They told me best bet is to deposit 30.00 and play with 5.00 of it...lmao.

Seems like a lot to do to withdraw, but even if I deposit 25, and request a check for 150, and they take out 50, im still getting 100 bucks (actually 75 since im depositing)

If it wasnt for the max cashout, i could have withdrawn at over 800!
I understand the whole thing about it being hard to get money to us in the US, but my whole concern is that I was told by 2 different people, that I was basically S**t out of luck. They should have been able to help me out in some way, being that intertops is the only place i ever deposit at. They should have been able to lower the min w/d request or even let me redeposit it. I expected them to work with me a little more than they did...

Now im a little weary of making any deposits, because I may never get my payouts....

Guess we will see what happens...

You are fortunate, all the other Cake skins I have(Cake, PowerPoker and AllInPoker) have minimum cashouts of $500. Intertops at $150 is a deal.

My only other suggestion is playing in their 2 daily Freerolls that usually have 100 players and pays top 8 a ticket to a decent tourney. Make money in several of those tourneys and you will be good to go.

The freeroll tourneys award one ticket for the Sunday $1K, two for the Friday $250 GTD, and five for the Just One Dollar $250 GTD.

Start times are 1:30pm ET and 7:00pm ET.

I cashed out by check. Cashed out late on Sat nite, possibly Sun morning don't remember. I got a check by fedex on Tues. Intertops is the best.

Thanks Eberetta for that constructive idea on entering the Freerolls... I entered the penny tournament yesterday at Club World and won first prize of $12. Now with some luck I can play awhile or eventually withdraw. I just hadn't entered those in a while, but when there yesterday I remembered your advice here. Thanks

I just wish people would be just as fast on notifying me when things are resolved as they do when there is a complaint....

Glad it was resolved. I have to agree with you vixen, people rush to post when there is a problem(that's great that we have a place to come for help) but they seldom let us know that it was taken care of.
