Really Really Upset With Highnoon(RESOLVED)

Hi Guys, I am freeking out because I made a deposit at Highnoon last week and I won $800 and did a withdrawal of $800. I would take a little out and put it back and finally settled on Sunday at the $800. Twice I spoke to live chat and they called me back on my home phone to veryify information and the first girl I spoke to told me that since I had account's at their sister casino's Club World, Aladdin's Gold and Lucky Red and had sent the documents to them that she could probably get them to just send all the documents over to them instead of me having to send them. Well anyway Saturday I spoke to live chat again and once again she called me back on my home phone to "verifiy information on my account" and said that I would probably have to send in the documents, which on Friday night I decided to do anyway and I told her so. Each time I had spoken to these support ladies they had said that someone would be back in accounting tomorrow, which I thought was weird since it was the weekend. Anyway to make a short story long.....I get up this morning and the $800 is back in my account balance and the history says that the withdrawal is declined. I try to call them and the phone number doesn't work and live chat never comes on line. What the hell is going on? No email from them either? I know that this is brand new casino but being that their part of the Club World group I am really shocked. Can anyone help me with this?????

Panic over....I finally got through to Live Chat after about a half hour and spoke to Dawson. He was really nice and helpful. He said they were working on their phone lines and that they were down for a while and that live chat has been very very busy. Anyway they didn't have my QT account number so that's why they declined it, even though I send it with the documents. It doesn't ask for the QT account number to register it in the cashier when you do your first withdrawal like it usually does so I figured I'd send it in the note I sent with the documents. Dawson said they probably just overlooked it. Anyway I requested my withdrawal again so everything at the moment is cool. Kind of panicked there for a minute. Thanks and good luck to all.

I knew this would be resolved this group is the top when it comes to RTG and very very trustworthy!!!

Their whole casino group must have had problems. I was upset this morning because my third withdrawal from my JP hit 3 weeks ago was returned to my casino account. I called the phone # and they said they couldn't access my account at the moment. I told them the withdrawal had been in the cashier since friday night. And, do I have to start the reversal wait time over. He said he would get it to cashier first thing when they are back. It was only 11:00 am here, but he said they were gone for the day already there.

I hope to see it gone from there in the morning.

This was at Clubworld.

The casinos do have problems with internet and phones and banks and all the same problems we all have and it is not their fault. Please ladies when having a problem, we ask that you get hold of Vixen or myself so we may try and help you before you begin to worry and post badly about a casino we support. :think

Sorry Judyb and Vixen, I wasn't trying to disparage this group at all. I love these casino's, all of them. They have wonderful support and a very quick response time and when I couldn't get a hold of them, as this was not the norm, I really freaked out. When I finally got ahold of Live Chat he was great but did say they were having problems and I told him I totally understood. He did tell me also at 11:00am that accounting was already gone for the day but that he would email them and they would do my transaction first thing in the morning. I didn't know that I should PM instead of posting it. I rarely raise a concern about anything and I didn't say anything that was "bad" about the casino. I was just asking for some help. It is now hopefully resolved. Thanks for all you do....I do love this forum!!!

Did they do your transaction??? Mine is still in the cashier. They are gone from accounting already. I talked to them early today, well before accounting closed, I was told it would get done today.

But, there it sits. Have to wait until tomorrow now

Hey, you guys need to remember that these casinos are not located in the US and many have really weird time zone differences.

Hi weesie, no mine is still in the casino also. I spoke with live chat and she said it can take up to 48 hours to process and she would send a note to accounting department and that was well before accounting closed. She said they are really busy and backed up on their withdrawals since they are a new casino. I'm hoping and praying for tomorrow. Good luck on yours.
