Hi Guys, I am freeking out because I made a deposit at Highnoon last week and I won $800 and did a withdrawal of $800. I would take a little out and put it back and finally settled on Sunday at the $800. Twice I spoke to live chat and they called me back on my home phone to veryify information and the first girl I spoke to told me that since I had account's at their sister casino's Club World, Aladdin's Gold and Lucky Red and had sent the documents to them that she could probably get them to just send all the documents over to them instead of me having to send them. Well anyway Saturday I spoke to live chat again and once again she called me back on my home phone to "verifiy information on my account" and said that I would probably have to send in the documents, which on Friday night I decided to do anyway and I told her so. Each time I had spoken to these support ladies they had said that someone would be back in accounting tomorrow, which I thought was weird since it was the weekend. Anyway to make a short story long.....I get up this morning and the $800 is back in my account balance and the history says that the withdrawal is declined. I try to call them and the phone number doesn't work and live chat never comes on line. What the hell is going on? No email from them either? I know that this is brand new casino but being that their part of the Club World group I am really shocked. Can anyone help me with this?????
