oh man I did it again, played a bonus match, didn't print it, won and now they say it was a 5x max cashout..... I KNOW it didn't have a max but cannot prove it..... and that's why I'm not saying where it was at.... so AGAIN, heed the advice I did not follow.... PRINT THE TERMS and read them five times lol

anyway my 900 win cashed out for $180, and they took every cent from the playing balance too.... it's my own fault I was an ID10T

Sorry to hear that labell, you must be hopping mad. I never thought of printing out the terms, that is a really good idea, I am always in such a rush I just bolt in.

Labell you must be really upset-I don't play bonuses just because of what happen to you.
But to print the terms is a good idea.

I play with bonuses, but then again I only play at a few RTGs that I know the terms of the bonuses. Reading and printing is a great idea though. If you are not sure, go to support and ask if you have too!

yep heartsick - and feeling mightily stupid. Just not hitting much these days, and the matches do give you a bit more play time.... but I'll print them each and every time from now on - and definitely won't be playing there.
