Hello Streakers! I haven't done a whole lot of posting but this I gotta tell you about... I used a no deposit coupon for a free $260 for Cleopatra's Palace sometime yesterday. Well, I just could not lose!!! I played literally all night long. No kidding. Currently my balance is at $5,500!!!! Well, after playing for probably 10 hours placing $25 bets on Triton's Treasure at about 48 clicks per MINUTE (yes, I stop the reels) I figured that I had met the wagering requirements of $15,600 - NO PROBLEM. My calculations say that I wagered a whopping $720,000. Now let's be conservative and cut that amount by half. That is still $360,000 worth of wagers. Ok, let's cut that in half - I've still got, (without a shadow of a doubt) $180,000 worth of wagers made! Now, that definetely covers that wagering requirement of $260 x 60, which is $15,600. Great! Right? Unfortunately, I can only withdraw half of the bonus amount, which would be $130. I'm OK with that. I sent my authorization form, copies of my ID, CC and utility bill to customer support in anticipation of my withdraw. The next thing you know - I WON THE MINOR JACKPOT!!!! WOW - IT WAS FOR $960!!!! Oh happy days! Wait a minute though... If I won the minor jackpot while I was playing with bonus money, can I actually withdraw it????? Oh crap! This is where the "nightmare" part of the story begins. Please read the transcript of my chat with live support and then maybe somebody with some experience in dealing with the online casino withdrawals can enlighten me. This chat rep couldn't give me a straight answer to save his life!!!! HELP PLEASE - now I'm really confused. THANKS!!!!

I am sorry but we do not permit casino chats to be posted here. Also, this casino is not a recommended casino. I will say that if you take a free chip anywhere (or use a coupon) you should find out all rules before claiming it. I would be leery of any casino offering a $260 free chip? That only happens at the rogue casinos 99.9% of the time. If they state that you can only withdraw 1/2 the amount of the free chip, that is exactly what they mean.
