I just got my computer fixed again, this time after taking it back 4 times in one day they got it right.
Well the first thing I did was try to download Intertops, I could not get it to load using mozzila so I contacted live help and they gave me a link to download from. Well it downloaded but No sound and when I click the exit button in the cashier it says something about microsoft and I have to restart my computer. Well I am now using chrome.
The problem is I deleted Intertops from the control panel restarted the computer and it still has no sound and I have to restart. I was told to go into cookies and delete the file, but how do I get into cookies just to delete that one file?
How do I put stuff on my desk top?

I think after you uninstall it, you need to go into cookies and delete all files
it will not hurt to delete all cookies gufus. it helps your computer run faster and
better if you do this every now and then.
when you reinstall the software, it should give you an option to create a shortcut to desktop
