American authorities have seized ALL of the players money. There is no middle ground here. The money is gone until the authorities decide to give it back.

Now, if the government has the funds how is it qt is sending them back, and in euros no less??

They only seized the us part of the accounts. The us government has control of that but they have no control over the euros part. But from what I understand they are also trying to stop us players from receiving withdraws via euros. And you are right it is very involved. more than we think.

So are we creating trouble for ourselves, or anything like that by providing them with our banking information? Or setting ourselves up for an IRS audit or worse? Told you I'm a worrier...

No labell, the governement is after the big boys. They are not out for us small time gamblers trust me.

Judy is right. They want the big boys. If they wanted the gamblers then they would have done got you. The thing is it is legal to gamble in most states. Actually if I am not mistaken the owner of qt is not barred from operating just can not cater to the usa market. I am positive that man will be back with another company name. Only time will tell.
