Ingredients
1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin
1 (14 ounce) can EAGLE BRAND® Sweetened Condensed Milk
2 eggs
1 teaspoon maple flavoring
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ginger
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Walnut Topping:
1 (9 inch) Graham cracker pie crust or unbaked pie shell
1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
3 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Directions
1.Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
2.In large mixing bowl, combine pumpkin, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, cinnamon, maple flavoring, ginger, nutmeg and salt; mix well. Pour into pie shell.
3.Bake at 425 degrees F for 15 minutes. Reduce oven to 350 degrees F; continue baking 30 minutes.
4.In medium mixing bowl, combine brown sugar, flour and cinnamon; cut in butter until crumbly. Stir in nuts.
5.Remove pie from oven; top evenly with crumb mixture. Return to oven 10 minutes. Cool. Garnish as desired. Store covered in refrigerator.
If you use a home-made or refrigerated pie crust, I recommend covering the edges of the crust with aluminum foil so it doesn't get overly browned.

I use the one right on the label of Libby's pumpkin pie filling and it comes out great. I just add a little more of the spice and my family loves it.:turkeyday

I'm with MissMichelle, I use the one right on the back of the Libby's label... it it says Libby Libby Libby on the label label label you will like it like it like it on your table table table......

Oh and while I love the pie, I prefer to make the pumpkin roll with creamcheese filling, yummy!

Oh and if you're baking any fruit pies that need a lattice... I'm all thumbs at that... so I roll the top crust, cut into 3/4" strips, and lay them as triangles over the top, folding the tip of the triangle near the center of the pie and attaching to two ends to the bottom crust... I use 4 large ones and 4 smaller ones, it's easy and so much quicker....

I do have a receipe to make five pie shells at the same time... wow are they easy to roll too, but usually I just to go GFS and buy empty Sarah Lee ones....
