Problems with Bank Of America

HI friends, 1st let me say i wish you all a very happy and safe 4th of July!

Has anyone here ever had problems with bofa? I had a problem last month and i just called to check again and it said i have an atm fee and $51 withdrawl from my account from the 3rd of July . Problem is i NEVER use my card at the atm and i didnt take $51 out! Grrrr! There closed for the holiday so i have to wait to call again. Im really pissed. If someone had my pin they would also need my card so the bank screws up again! It has overdrawn me. Maybe it is time to switch banks. If i switch banks do i just change all info in my quicktender account??

Shoot, I just read the title and figured out what bofa is, LMAO Sorry hon, I really had no idea what it was. I hate Bank of America. I switched a long time ago. Anyways, you are allowed to have like two or three cards registered. I lost my bank card and had it cancelled (of course, THEN I found it, lol) but in Quicktender I just deleted that card and put in my new card info. No problem at all.

I dumped Bofa awhile back back my daughter has no problem with them just give them a call tommorrow and hopefully they will get it all straigtened out :credit:credit:credit

Everyone one i know has had problems with BofA including me that is why I switched banks a long time ago! Hopefully tomorrow they will straighten it out...Good Luck Hun

Thanks taz, i have tried calling and get a machine and i even emailed today so will see if i get a reply tomorrow. If not then i will let vix know as well as call my bank and put in a claim. My bank told me to do it but wanted to be fair to the casino first.ace
