Problems at a Casino

i need someone that can help me? made a deposit of 100$ and was sent a email telling me that my 100%match was ready for me .went to the rewards center to claim it and they said that i need to make a few more deposits and they dont know how much and it will be lifted.talked to someone on chat then spoke to 2 people on the phone and got nowhere!they just kept telling me they cannot help me just need to make more deposits its not fulllfilled.whatever that means.when i made my deposit i said is there a match bonus for me and she said yes 100% and i said great i will do it .so i made my deposit and recieved my email an hour after and this is whats happened.i have never been so mad at any casino like this i cant even explain how angry i am .and i cant believe they tell you just to keep on depositing money and they dont even no how much? they must think money grows on trees!i have never had this problem anywhere please someone help me

Ok slow down and send me you exact problem and casino id please, I hope you used our banner so my help is worth while. Not complaining but if you downloaded from another site go ask them to help, I am always doing this for players that don't seem know how to support the Streak. I am always happy if you used our banners to help.

ok it happened again! you would think i would learn my lesson but i did not just made another deposit at at golden reef first time made my deposit of 50 and they said i will get my match of 100% and of course i did not they said i need to make more of a deposit to recieve my bonus so i did made anotherone of 50$ and still nothing.i go onthe claim page and this is what it says due to promo abuse in the past the casino has forced to take action.they told me i need to risk more of my money so keep depositing and i will get it.but thats not what they told me. chat told me deposit and you will get your bonus within 2 hours.i never heard of any casino doing this they give you your bonus right away.they have 60$ of mine in bonus money and i just cant claim it untill i deposit more of my money. it does not say that. he told me it would be put in. so confused and angry.i have never felf so scamed in all my life its not like im asking for a million in bonus money. its my bonus money and i should get itmy account # is tgdr79138056.please help me but you cant because i did not download from the forum.so i have spent 100$ in the last 2 hours and did not even win or was not abble to claim my bonus

If you just downloaded another casino and tried for the sign up bonus did you use the streaks banner? These ladies work hard for us. Why would you download another one and not do it from here? I don't know maybe I should stay out of it but you have to understand that is how they keep this forum up and running.

i always use you banner but when i was on chat with casino actino he said let me tsee what i can do for you and let me see what offers you have form one of our other casinos.and thats when he gave me the link and told me i have 100% match at golden reef.so thats what happened there

I got nosy and looked - they're members of Casino Rewards - that's been a great group of casino's for me... so I'm thinking maybe somehow you are experiencing a communication breakdown.... I remember when I would get the match bonus it didn't appear in the casino on it's own... but rather was awarded in the form of points at the Casino Rewards page.... have you gone there to see if your bonus is there?? I'm hoping it is.... let us know.

Thanks labell and I was going to mention the same thing.. Casino Rewards never rewards the bonuses into the casino itself but rather as you said into your Casino Rewards page.. when you log into the casino it should tell you how many reward points you have.
