problem with tournament

hi all, if you played at Royal Vegas Casino and played the tourney freeroll-Grand Slam of Slots, did you guys get your winnings? because i haven't yet and it's been like 2hrs since it ended and i placed 7th, won 50 credits and a ticket but nothing in my account, does it take that long to be credited with freeroll winnings? here's my screen shot i toke.

i spoke with live chat about it and he said it doesn't show if I played, but i did play the free roll and placed, wish it will update soon. also chat said to wait a while, hopefully not too long. That's me, placed 7th. My alias is paula-12 there.

I have good news, i'll have my credits in today sometime........i emailed floor manager with screen shot and got an email back saying to check my account later. So no worries anymore.
