Poker Playing Husband Charged With Murder of his Wife

We reported earlier this week about the Brutal murder of Yvonne Oulton the co-owner of the South Florida free poker league. Today, police have confirmed the arrest of her husband Robert Oulton after the poker player confessed that; “I turned evil. I woke up and I remembered everything.”
Robert Oulton, 62, initially denied having anything to do with his wife Yvonne’s death but according to his arrest affidavit he had a sudden change of heart when detectives left the interrogation room and he made a startling declaration to his son Bryan.
Oulton is alleged to have battered his wife’s head and body “at least ten times” according to Broward Associate Medical Examiner Dr. Lance Davis. He said that; “This type of beating signifies that the killer intended to murder the victim after the second strike through and including the tenth strike to her head.”
Davis confirmed Mrs Oulton was murdered within 45 minutes of leaving a nearby restaurant. A waitress at “Big Louie’s” noted that nothing seemed out of the ordinary during the couple’s meal.
Nicole Elfrich, a friend of the Oultons, said; “Everybody is just in shock, I mean it’s just disbelief. I mean you just don’t… I see the guy every day.”
