I just got an e-mail telling me that the Streak had a new Moderator to join and her name was Motel Prisoner.

Now I don't post message's very much anymore,I just come around once in awhile to see what all my friends are up to. But when I saw it was Motel I just had to stop by and tell her I am glad she has come to the Streak and I know without question The Streak is lucky to have her here.

Thank you Deara and the staff at Hodgepodge for being so gracious and in my opinion so very professional about a mod changing from your staff to another. Over the years we have seen mods move from one forum to another and not once have I seen a class act like the Hodgepodge take it the way they have. I received a very nice email from the owner of the Hodge, who informed me that I was getting one hellava mod and she was so thankful that Motel found a great new home. Soooo with that said Kudos to you Deara!

I have to say that Daera has ALWAYS been a first class lady in my eyes. When I left the now defunct Boardwalk to work at the Hodge; Daera was behind me 100% (even tho my leaving caused some ruckus, through no fault of my own.) and welcomed me with open arms. She taught me a lot of what I know today and I will always be grateful for the experience and friends I found at the Hodge.


Thank you so much Lori for the kind words at my new job. I'll be back to visit and it won't even seem like I left! You might even catch yourself saying, "Damn! I thought she worked at the Streak now!" Heheeee!

I'm glad my taking a different job didn't harm our friendship as it sometimes does with more immature people. Again, thank you!

I agree MP! Sometimes life just leads us in different directions and we always hope that people will respect us enough to be happy for us! Daera has always been a good friend to me and I need to get over and visit her more often. Life at the Streak is usually so busy I can't get away though, lol.:chrs
