I am so frustrated and pissed off right now! I played my free spins $2000 and got to $3000 i made it and got this email but when i deposited the $50 it wasnt there. So i went to live chat and was told i had to deposit $200 to get the damn $200!!!! She said it was a 100% match. What the hell?? I tried to explain this to her but she didnt understand what i meant and put $50 more in my account for the sign up 100%. Am i seeing things? Guess im out the extra $150. :arggggg

Just emailed them and forwarded the email i got. So i guess will see. The free 20 spins on tombraider secret of the sword was 10. I dont get this at all.

Hon just hang in there, they will get it all sorted out eventually, or you could call their support line and talk to someone that way. Sometimes you get better results on the telephone. Good Luck Hon.

Lol Carey hon, glad you see it too. Thought i was going crazy. In that promo i read it like 4x to make sure and i wish i would have copied it. I cant get to it now cuz it's gone. But it did say..you have 1 hour to make as much as you can. You have to have at least $20 over the original $2000 and 100 spins. Once you complete it your winnings will go into your bonus account after you deposit $20. You have 7 days, after that it will be taken from your account!So that wasnt true either cuz the stupid email says deposit $50. Very missleading. Live chat made me feel crappy. I WONT ever play there again. That is one i wont mind uninstalling. If i had so much trouble with just the promo..Good God how would it be when i win and try to cash out?? Also they said nothing about my free missing 10 spins, was spose to get 20 but got 10. They did fix the free spins, i checked and found 20 so thats good. Ok, im done complaining lol.
