Players Palace Game froze cant get my $$

Its been 7 days now! I was playing big kahuna snakes and ladders i got the bonus round i was in the middle of rolling the dice for the bonus when the game stopped responding so i logged back in and havent been able to access the game ever since. Everytime I try the game graphics and refresh game screen loads then at the movie intro it freezes.
Support has been no help at all they have sent the issue to microgaming but thats isnt good enough. It has been 7 days my money has been locked in there. I have reinstalled I have installed on 2 other computers I can access the game under guest account and under my sisters account it freezes under my account and mine alone.
I will never deposited here again They should have resolved this by nowhuhhwtff

Can you play it on your sisters computer using your account number?
Don't blame the casino, I had this happen on DinoMight at a different casino and it took Microgaming almost 3 months to get the answer.
I'm looking to see if I still have the emails. I just remember having to uninstall the casino 2 or 3 times.. thru the add/remove programs making sure it was out of the program files and updating something else.. and then something about it starting to work after a new patch was released

no i can load the game on my computer with her account i can also access it under guest account it freezes under my account only.
Trying to explain this to various support techs has been fusterating to say the least all they tell me is they fowarded it to microgaming and keep telling mr to send a screen shot that doesnt exist . The only screen i can view is the one prior to game freezing the one that froze shows clearly under game deatails that there was a transaction but when I try and view it it says no game played that session.
Needless to say this is the first and last deposit I will ever make with them all of them(Grand Mondial ANd Casino Fhare)huhhwtff

i had that problem at fortune lounge casino. i finally had to uninstall,then go to my documents or where ever you have the file stored and delete the file , then do a search and type in casino name and delete all those files. empty recycle bin. then reinstall fresh. the main thing is to get COMPLETELY rid of the old file. hope this helps .

I rmemeber this happening to me several years ago. It turned out to be a bug of somekind...My husband figured it out....he had to "redo" the entire computer over.....I logged in and my credits were still there on same game it wouldn't stop spinning at. ( he's a pc expert" My husband said it was caused by 1> too many casinos's downloaded on my pc, and not properly unistalling them..You have toclear the "temp" also it will show all casino's especally if you had a few microgaming downloaded...the files somehow get confused is what he said. Say you install Villento, then unistall..then you install Fortune LOunge, then unistall...Then you download and play at Players Palace ....then a game freezes!!!! Its because the same games were installed but under different casino's Even tho' are they are unistalled the memory in the pc "holds " it. SO You must clear out all files even tho' they have been unistalled, nd this has to be done manually to prevent overlapping games especially with the micro' :proud

It is not the casino we are trying to explain but the software provider MG, please try to read each and every post and see if you try what they are suggesting.

Exactly what Vixen said it is NOT a casino issue but a Microgaming one, and the casino is at the mercy of Microgaming and when they get back to them
