Weird story I'm going thru right now.
So, I log on, and says my acct is locked. No worries. I go to livechat, says I have multiple accts (it happens, I forget where I've registered, old acct, et c)
Anyway, so I ask the rep, just close any dupes, leave me just one acct. He says use XXXXXXX, and 123456 as pw...so I copy/paste the acct and log in....AND...get this...it's some other dude's acct..he actually gives me someone else's Acct...hahahahahaha...so um, ya.I'm in live chat now, letting them know

ya, its all good now..maybe, lol
somehow, the rep had either mistyped the acct and when he changed the pw, he accidentally gave me access to someone elses acct (very scary), or the system linked the accts somehow...either way, its sorted
but there may be future headaches, as now i may be flagged as the sys may see a CC linking 2 accts....i tried to save my chat transcript and it closed, so ive no way of going back unless they do..heres hoping ;0

well, a few more headaches when I logged back in...though after another hr wait with livechat, seems..i stress 'seems', there are no problems and got the bonus
Anyone know what the max cashout is after playthru? I don't see it in the ts and Cs, just thats there is a 30X playthru
