Hey guys, so a few weeks ago i think i saw the 27$ free here..downloaded from the banner..claimed it made playthrough and got my balance down to the max cashout of 81$.

I really dont care for the 81$ honestly but chat is NEVER online i sent a lot of emails inc. an email with my docs and i got no replies whatsoever, its like no one is actually checking emails. So why would i even consider depositing there?

Even if i go to cashier and try to withdraw..they have "ewalletexpress" and "moneybookers"..i click..and it says "due to current withdrawal limits this withdrawal method is not available at the moment"..

Anyways just wanted to let u guys know. username uxix666.

My advice: Uninstall and forget these casinos that have no/bad service and more than 48hours to complete a withdrawal... Its not worth spending time on that kind of bullcrap.

is the same casino who asks for password.it happened to me, and didn't get the welcome bonus because i have signed up in sterlings and they offered the bonus only in dollars,never happened to me till them,they asked for the password before,then it changed to dob, date of birth,i don't trust this Rival,they told me to uninstall the software and to try to sign up again,they closed my account to do that, but i didn't get it to sign up again,because it is said that my account is closed, that's the support i got from this casino, they didn't know that you can sign up twice at a Rival unless they have also a flash version which they didn't when i signed up.my advice to you: FORGET IT!!!streakrockssss

I know you didn't download that casino from here because we do not and never have supported this casino since it is a known rogue operator. I am sorry this has happened but we do warn players away from certain casinos for good reason :( I have no contact here this owner refuses to deal with me since I have called him out on so many different occasions for being a rogue.

Thanks for the heads up uxix. We have so many casinos that at times it is hard to remember what we have and don't have, lol.

At the moment when a customer requests a payout online, they will get a message to call us at 1-888-330ACES or click on the Live Chat. Customers may also request payouts via Email if they’d like. If a player had made a deposit via Moneybookers or EwalletExpress their withdrawal method would be registered and we’d send the withdrawal back through the same ewallet. Sounds like all initial payout requests need to be requested through an agent via phone, live chat or email.

Players who deposit via a Credit Cards may also have to verify their credit cards and id prior to a payout."

And this was my reply to Judy
"First of all i sent like 5 emails requesting the payout AFTER i sent in my docs twice and they never even confirmed they received them.
Second, chat is NEVER online.
Third this is the no deposit bonus and when i request a payout via cashier theres moneybookers and ewallet and it says "due to cashout limits method not available".

Anyways really thank you for contacting them but i dont think anything will help at this point (its not worth it)..as i said i dont care for the money just wanted streakers to know.

Thanks..well i got an email from them..they replied to an email i sent on the 7th..saying:"Thank you for Contacting VegasAces Casino,

We received your document and placed in your account, our processing department will review and eventually approve it.

Should you have further questions or concerns, you can contact our Casino agents via email or live chat."

Lets see what happens i guess.

When I cashed out from them it was a long and I mean long drawn out process.

But after many emails, many duplicate sending of documents, having to have live chat confirm how I wanted my withdrawal to be processed.. again having to email documents and then having to ask live chat to take the money out of my account and process my cashout and then having to wait another 48 hours after that for it to be even taken out of my account.. I finally did get my cashout..

The only nice thing was that once I did all that, jumped thru the hoops and then waited the 48 hours for it to be released from my account.. I had it in my bank the next day via wire transfer.

the biggest down fall is that it stays in your account for you to play with the whole entire time.. even after you have sent in all documentation and requested the cash out and have to wait the 48 hours

Uxix, please check your email. Remember Streakers, these casinos will pay you, you just need to make sure and find out what it takes to withdraw and to follow ALL their directions.
