NT PROBLEM

Hi i was wondering if anyone could help me with a problem i have?
I without checking first made a deposit into netT thinking i could use it at a casino---because of my lack of playing online ect ect was unaware at the time that netT does not allow Canadiens the option of depositing into gaming sites. My problem is that now i cant get my money back? have sent emails requesting the options available to me to withdraw but no reply--3 months now.Is there any way of transfering to mnybkrs or pypl?
