Not again!

I have been feeling lousy for the last 2 weeks and what do I get in the mail today, Summons for jury duty! You would not believe how many times over the years I have had jury duty! You would think with a population of over 200,000 in this county they could pick someone else.Just too tired to deal with this today.

That sucks! I have not had to ever do that and I hope I don't have to do it anytime soon!

I have been summoned about 4 times but never had to be on a jury. Once they asked if anyone had ever felt strongly enough about something they wrote a letter to the editor (well crap, I have written many over the years, I am very opinionated, lol) so they dismissed me. Once I don't know why they dismissed me. Once my husband and I both got called and so I got out of it and the last time I wrote in that I could not do it as I am totally deaf in my right ear and it is too hard to hear people talk with any kind of distractions so they excused me. Never got called again.

I only ever got called up once and was sick at the time so was excused, but I think it would be pretty interesting to actually see how the system worked.
