no clue where to put this but i have a question for everyone without everyone reading it
since the new voucher method was offered at inet, i started depositing there again, my cc stopped working there about a year ago. strangely they made me a premium player (before i started depositing again) so they have sent me bonuses, tourney, etc. which i thought was very nice. finally i could deposit and did in june after receiving an email saying that if i dont deposit they will take me off of premium player status (i totally get that) i also received an email on my bday saying once i deposit again i can get a bday bonus, just reply. well, after i deposited 2x i emailed support to request the bday bonus. after having to keep sending emails cause no response, i get a very rude email back saying they cant do anything and i didnt deposit until recently again and received a ton of bonuses in the time i wasnt depositing. which to their credit was true, but of course they were the new game bonuses that u cant cash out anyway. but ok, that is fine. then i keep depositing and i asked for the 20% for premium player on deposit, they say no again, only get 10% as i didnt use a coupon then again told if i dont deposit more i am off the premium player list???? seriously, wth???? so what do i do, deposit more.... today i asked for a 1.00 bonus (had crappy luck lately) they never responded again (every time i have to email at least 5x until i get a repsonse) so i email manager, promo, support thinking maybe they didnt get my email maybe their email was down. get a very incrediably rude email back saying stop bombarding our email, we got your email and you arent getting a 1.00. wth???? couldnt they just reply with a polite no the first time
i like inetbet always have but is anyone else getting no repsonse from them or being treated very rude. i amreally sorry i know they are a sponser here and like i said i have always liked them just wondering what is going on

u can delete if u need to just really confused

No I won't delete but let me get a mail over to my contact. See what the deal is but they are very strict with bonuses as of late and like you said do not even use the free ones whats the point you cant cash out and it is held against you! Intertops, Jackpot Cap are very good about bonuses you should play there.

I am sorry you feel that way. I love iNet, however, they are one of the worse casinos for giving out freebies and or bonuses.

it is just crazy, i have never been treated so rudely?????? a simple no would have been fine, and i would understand. i am waiting on a manager to reply to my email. funny thing, every time i email manager support answers???? so we will see. intertops is my total favorite place, hoping they get the voucher thing soon. love them though:)

I also received a rude email from them today. I told them it offended me and I wasn't sure if I would ever deposit there again. I have been with them for 10 years. Maybe someone is just having a bad day.:think

i guess, but still bad day or not, there is no way u should be rude, especially in an email. i dont like rudeness:( i have played with them forever too except for the almost a year i couldnt dep because of cc but still wow is all i have to say.

ok, so i am guessing i am not allowed to speak to a manager, this is what i got back. why the heck cant i get an email from a manager, anyone have another email that goes directly to manager, now i am really upset

Christy I am not able to help in your case I am sorry as you know there are many sides to a story and after speaking to my contact it seems that there is an ongoing bonus usage with your account weather it is a $1 or more a bonus is a bonus and when your not making deposits it is considered abuse. I am sorry but if you cannot deposit then do not take up the bonuses. I also am not sure why his whole thing of a $1 is an issue, I think we can all agree a buck is not worth the amount of emails you sent. Maybe your email was playing up I am not sure but I am told you were given a response. Maybe they were rude in defending themselves against the bombarding of mails from you I am not sure but we are staying out of this mess please take it up with the casino from here out. I am sorry to be so blunt here but you did start the thread.

Cas I am not sure what is going on but I have asked my contact about the rudeness of support in general today.

i appreciate u contacting inet, but that is just the point............... i have deposited at least 10x since they got this new method, i am not asking for a bonus without depositing, that would be a stupid point of me if i did, my point is i have deposited this past 30 days 10x, this week everyday. i do know there are 2 sides, but please ask them about my recent (and past) deposit history. i deposited daily up until a year ago when my cc quit working and the other option went out. as soon as they got the voucher thing i have been depositing several times a week. i am done with it, got an email from manager asking what was a rude email and he had the email attached. and when you dont get a reply after hours and hours from a place it is very frustrating and that is when i sent emails asking maybe my emails werent going thru, maybe theirs were down. my point was, just reply to the email when you get it if the answer is no, then it is no.

Wow I am surprised at the rudeness. That is not usually their way. The $1 bonus reminds me of back in the Quicktender days when I would actually be excited to get this when I asked for one! I'd play 5 cent bingo and 1 cent Keno!

For some reason I do not receive the Manager bonus emails and Account bonus emails anymore. The $$ is credited by I don't get the emails informing me. I wrote them about this but it was never properly addressed.

I do not think their rudeness is acceptable no matter what it is over so if others have experienced this I need to know so I can address it with my contact asap!

I've had the same experience and think they are rude also. Makes know since to be so rude.
