I played my freebie and was actually going to deposit until I noticed they only accept CC for deposits. No QT or and thing else. Forget it! Didn't check to see their withdrawal methods, probably only one of them too.

I contacted support, they asked me to send all my verification documents....they want copies of utility bill and cards that I plan on using with them.....

I have never had to send anything prior to winning, is this normal for them to ask me for all this already?

And why me? lol

They may need proof you are not in Kentucky or something like that hon. They need to make sure they are not letting certain states in for legal issues.
